Business clients
You are granted access to our contingent management system when you purchase rooms for trade fairs or events from us. This means you can check the rooms that are available to you whenever you like.

You can enter the names of your employees yourself and you have a permanent, up-to-date overview of all rooms, participants and dates.

The contingent management system also contains a great deal of additional information about the trade fairs and the cities where the trade fairs are held.

All the information that you provide us with is treated as strictly confidential. All data is encrypted before transmission to ensure additional security.

Hotel partners
You are granted access to our contingent management system when we purchase room contingents from you. It provides you with a permanently up-to-date overview of guest arrivals and departures for every trade fair and event.
